Digital pre-outing safety checklists for every boat. Admins configure the checklist, crew complete it on their phone before launching. Every check is logged with a timestamp — giving you a full audit trail. Engineers can also run full inspections on their tablet — pass, fail, advisory, or N/A — with photos, notes, and a signature. Member-reported issues surface automatically at the top of every check, and completed inspections export as branded PDFs for your safety records.

Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees ever. We configure your club — domain, branding, fleet, member list — at no extra cost. You're live and ready within 24 hours.
What's the difference between the plans?
Small suits clubs with up to 3 boats and 25 members. Medium covers up to 10 boats and 100 members, and adds the Regatta Module and Legal Document Centre — plus optional BoatCheck for £15/mo. Large gives you unlimited everything with BoatCheck included as standard.
Can I add BoatCheck later?
Yes — you can add or remove the BoatCheck module at any time from your platform settings. It activates immediately and billing adjusts from your next cycle. BoatCheck is available as an add-on on the Medium plan and is included free on the Large plan.
What's the Regatta Module?
The Regatta Module lets admins create regattas with an event list and declaration deadline. Members mark themselves available, coaches see an availability matrix and select crews, and notifications go out automatically to selected members.
What's the Legal Document Centre?
The Legal Document Centre lets your club store and manage essential legal documents — liability waivers, codes of conduct, health declarations — and track which members have signed them. Useful for insurance and British Rowing compliance.
Are SMS credits shared across the club?
Yes. The monthly SMS allowance is shared across all automated notifications — booking reminders, waitlist alerts, and admin incident alerts. Unused credits don't roll over.
What happens if we go over our SMS limit?
Automated SMS pauses until the next billing cycle. Emails always continue. We'll notify you when you're at 80% so you can plan ahead or upgrade.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes — no long-term contracts. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Your data is exportable at any time in standard formats.
Do you offer discounts for charities or rowing academies?
Yes. Registered charities and youth rowing academies receive a 20% discount on any plan. Email hello@seatfill.io with your charity number.
