A complete digital inspection workflow for club engineers and safety officers. Before a boat goes out, an engineer runs through a configurable checklist on their tablet — pass, fail, advisory, or N/A — with photos, notes, and a signature. Member-reported issues surface automatically at the top of every check, and marking one as passed auto-closes it with the inspector's name recorded. No separate admin step, no lost reports. Completed inspections await manager approval and export as branded PDFs for your safety records.

Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees ever. We configure your club — domain, branding, fleet, member list — at no extra cost. You're live and ready within 24 hours.
What if my club grows beyond the slider?
Once you hit 50 boats or 10,000 members you're in Pro Max territory. The Pro plan maxes out at around £870/month — Pro Max at £995 gives you everything unlimited, including BoatCheck, with no fleet or member limits and a dedicated account manager. At that scale it's actually better value.
Can I add BoatCheck later?
Yes — you can add or remove the BoatCheck module any time from your platform settings. It activates immediately and billing adjusts from your next cycle.
Are SMS credits shared across the club?
Yes. The monthly SMS allowance is shared across all automated notifications — booking reminders, waitlist alerts, and admin incident alerts. Unused credits don't roll over.
What happens if we go over our SMS limit?
Automated SMS pauses until the next billing cycle. Emails always continue. We'll notify you when you're at 80% so you can plan ahead or upgrade.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes — no long-term contracts. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Your data is exportable at any time in standard formats.
Do you offer discounts for charities or sailing academies?
