How quickly can we get set up?
Most clubs are live within 24 hours. You send us your boats and member list — we configure your domain, branding, fleet, and booking rules, then hand you the keys.
Do members need to download an app?
No app store needed. Members open the link in their phone browser and tap 'Add to Home Screen' — it installs and works exactly like a native app.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes — every club gets a custom domain (e.g. row.yourclub.co.uk) with automatic SSL and DNS setup. Members see your club's login page, your logo, your colours. SeatFill never appears.
What happens when a booking is cancelled?
The next member on the waitlist is automatically notified and given 30 minutes to claim the slot. If they don't respond, the offer moves to the next person in the queue — all without any admin involvement.
How do qualification restrictions work?
Each boat has a qualification requirement — sweep, sculling, cox, or coaching. Each member has their qualifications set by an admin. When a member tries to book an eight and lacks sweep qualification, they simply cannot.
Is our data shared with other clubs?
Never. Each club's data is completely isolated — members, bookings, and settings are entirely private to your club.
